1. Service Overview
This is a custom, high-touch styling service that includes a professional colour analysis using the 18-Direction Absolute Colour System. Your service includes a personalised colour palette, video education, and customised guidance based on the information and images you provide. 

2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure accurate results, you agree to submit clear, unedited photographs and complete the intake form provided within the required timeframe. Detailed photo submission instructions will be emailed from 1st June. Additional images may be requested to achieve an accurate outcome. 

3. Delivery Timeline
As this is a pre-sale offer, your Colour Analysis will commence from June 16th, 2025. Results will be delivered on a rolling basis in order of submission, with an estimated turnaround of 2-3 weeks from when your form and images are received. Analyses accuracy takes time as does crafting your signature product and guidance for you. 

4. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the personalised nature of this service, refunds are only available prior to service commencement. Once your intake form is submitted or your stylist begins work, your order is considered final and non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property
All course content, resources, and materials provided as part of this service—including digital downloads and educational videos—are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or shared without written permission.

6. Communication
